What's up with the long load times for fluther pages?
Every time I click on a link in fluther, it takes a long while to load. Can fluther get a better server?

I’ve been having a real problem most of last few hours. I thought it was because two new users were logged on at my house and playing those RPG games.
I thought it was on my end. Happy to hear I’m not the only person with this problem.
I thought it was on my end too. It seems Fluther is having some minor technical difficulties that may or may not have anything to do with their servers. Let’s practice a little patience, slow down, take some deep breath’s…....It’s going to be allll right!

I don’t know, but it’s driving me crazy. I’ve sent messages to the tech guys… hope they aren’t sleeping!
It’s an issue for me too. I thought it was my internet being slow, but it’s only Fluther.
A good way to test whether it’s your internet connection or just the Fluther site being slow is to….<drum roll> go to a different website and compare load times.
I have 4 tabs open just to compensate for the sloooooow loooaaaaads!
It might help to run traceroute to pinpoint where the problem is. It is OK here.

Aha, I thought it was just me. It was like this for me most of yesterday, also. I just figured my computer needed a good cleaning. Good to know.

Alright, let’s not bash the site. 99.9% of the time I’ve been here, there has been no problem. So, I’m sure the guys are working quick on it. Be patient.

My wife is working upstairs; it is taking her 1 to 2 minutes to turn pages on her company’s ( VPN ) pages.
It’s not our connection—- 10.9 Mbps download and 0.82 Mbps upload. To a local server
