No nothing will be deleted dont worry. Use Ziphone 3.0 and once downloaded click the button that says ” Jailbreak” all goes well. I just did this on my friends iPod and mine and it worked perfectly do not worry

ok. Are there any other problems?

Use Ziphone like stated. The only problem is that some of the apps are beta so, of course they may not have worked out all the bugs yet. But I have a ton of fun stuff on my ziphoned iPhone and so far I have been impressed with the quality of some of the work. I just uninstall the duds. And it doesn’t harm your system.

What is possible after jailbreaking???

I’m a noob.

well, I go strictly for the games and to make my icons pretty, but there are tons of things for development. And these are native – no using the internet! I have a money program, a to-do list, solitaire, backgammon, chess, tetris, mines, a weight & measurement converter, for starters. I currently have see-through icons and a hello kitty wallpaper – but I change it just about every day. There is also ebook reader and dictionaries, a PDF reader, there are too many to list. Modmyifone.com will have a better list and descriptions. Click on native apps. Have fun.

Is flash support available through this “jailbreak”? Pardon my ignorance. I’m new to iPhone hacking.

there is a flash app I am not sure 100% what it does however I have see 3 differnet applacation for flash inside of installer. There are also other end less possibilities from the games to the customize to messenger to aim its just an unlimited supply of happieness. Its like its what the iPhone was made for

Be careful if you own a 16 GB model. There zIphone might hang in an infinite loop. I had to restore my iTouch. A pity..
