When did it start being called “The Mansion?”

After the architech. I think his name was Charlie.
Ir was in an early thread. The descriptions then spread.

As best as I can determine through research, it is first mentioned as mansion in a congratulatory thread on Nov. 30 2009. Then it begins to be mentioned more and more throughout December 2009 and January 2010.
