I’ve not read this, but I’ve wanted to for a while now, ever since I read One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest.

I haven’t read it but I’m fairly sure that I lived it in 1967, when I went to the Summer Solstice celebration in San Francisco at Golden Gate Park on June 21.

We dropped some pure Sunshine acid, and listened to Big Brother and the Holding Company (including Janis Joplin) for free, man!

I was up there for 6 weeks groovin’ on the scene: it was outta sight, man! ;-p

I’ve also done mescaline, peyote, and shrooms.

The last time I did any hallucinogens was about 30 years ago, at Big Pine Creek in the Eastern Sierra Nevada mountains.

@ddude1116…It is a bit muddled, but a seriously good read for people who think they know what was going on back then. I thought I knew, but this was a whole new revelation. I didn’t read it until about 4 years ago!
