Unfortunately I don’t think he will be on the Ballot in 2012. No one with substance will be. It is already the extreme R Elitist versus the extreme L. Neither side Represents the Middle class . The legal American citizens that make America run.

Holy smokes, I think he said a lot of good things. Unfortunately, as much as it has to change in the Whitehouse, it has to change in John Q’s house. I think the whole way in which government officials are elected, and paid needs a serious overhaul. The amount of money spent on campaigns are ridiculous, and an insult when you are facing foreclosure. I think there should be caps, you can only spend X amount of money to run for certain offices, that goes for soft money as well. You can divvy the cash up however you wish, print ads, robo-calls, buttons, radio, etc. When the money runs out, it runs out and you are done with advertising.

As he said, no one wants to go to the middle because just as the politicians in Washington are afraid to lose something, John Q is too. Most Yankees won’t do what they should because they have the fear of loss, over the desire to gain. They fear losing a dime, so they won’t go after the dollar they know they deserve.

That is partly why Yankees are buying everything from overseas and have the audacity to complain. If they would just be willing to spend a little more for something made here, maybe it would be more in the future. It isn’t easy when you are under employed or not employed, but if there was a ”buy American” mindset that stuck, soon they would be working for higher wages or simply working. John Q has to have an appetite for US made goods. So long as he will accept cheaper stuff from overseas, there is no incentive for companies to make changes here.

I say big business should get a tax break for funding free entrepreneur academies to help the little guy realize his American dream. Of for every X amount of jobs created they get X amount of tax breaks. Big business is like John Q, feeling like they are on the cusp of loosing something. The see over the fence something way better but they don’t want to try and go get it if no one else does, because they might lose their cupcake while everyone else still has theirs.

I like Howard Schultz’s idea about helping unemployed people. He said, he is going to create jobs instead of making Campaign Contributions. If more CE O’s did this Political Candidates would start lessing to them.
