Which fruit is good for our eyes?

I think Apple, banana, pear, watermelon,and so on.

Cucumber.
Watermelon although the slices are a bit big.

Not a fruit but carrots are excellent for the beta-carotene in them.

Easy guide, think colorful. Works with veggies too. Mix em up and you’ll get a good supply of most of the vitamins and nutrients.

Most of your orange color fruits contain beta carotene which is good for your eyes, but kale and spinach are even better than carrots or other orange fruits or veggies.
