Dirty dancing performed by kids?

Impossible to tell from the photo. I see no gyrating hips. Also, dance traditions vary country by country. I could totally imagine this in Rio and it being no big deal at all.

From the photo it looks like too much grinding against each other, but it would be better to see the kids in action to know for sure. I hate all the up and down, stick out your butt movements I see on the dance floor now in general among adults, I don’t find it beautiful or sexy.

While I absolutely do not condone children gyrating against each other in a sexual manner, it is of note that children copy what they see. Unfortunately, these days, this is all children see, either in “tween” stars, or post-adolescent celebrities.

It’s a single photo without any context and given a title purposefully designed to provoke a reaction. The internet is full of this stuff. The only sensible thing to do is laugh at the joke and move on.

It’s really nothing new or shocking actually. Every generation has their thing that upsets the more conservative types. Not saying I agree, but, I was a teen in the 70’s and we were considered wild wearing cut off levis slit up the side with tube tops, halter tops and of course, we were having drug induced orgies according to our parents. I remember my grandmother exclaiming ” Child, COVER UP” when I was running around in my bikini top and shorts. lol

There really is no new news under the sun.

All of their parents deserve a spanking and time out. That is just stupid.

I’m with @JLeslie 100% on this one. The sort of “dancing” that is popular these days is horrendous. Every now and then I find myself in a club with my buddies and it’s like walking into a clothed orgy.

Is this Simon Cowell’s idea for a new show?
