How do I find the Audit number for a licensee who received their license at age 19?

I am trying to order online my son’s driver’s record which is due today. I have tried the number on his license several times and it won’t go through. What can I do? I am desperate!! Please help me!

In my state you have to file a form and send a check for a copy of the driver’s record.

From what you say, it seems like you still have the physical license. If so, the audit number should be on there as a separate number from the driver’s license number. Here is an example of where the audit number might be on a Texas driver’s license.
