The story made me cry. I haven’t quite lost my faith in humanity, though.

I thought it was incredibly cool.

Can’t say any “faith” has been restored in humanity in general, but again, really really cool.

I think, for me, just the existence of the Make-A-Wish Foundation restores a bit of faith in humanity for me.

Ah. Well, I’ve known about Make a Wish for a long time.

Nice stories like this continue to remind me that not everyone in this world is an annoying, self-involved jackass.

(OK, it becomes very tiresome having to step around these people every day, but still….)

@Seek_Kolinahr Me too.
But it doesn’t get old.

It reaffirms my faith in humanity and the potential for good that exists within the human heart .

This was a wonderful story that just went viral in the best possible way. I switched from channel to channel to catch as much of the coverage as I could.

starving african child: “Hey make-a-wish-foundation, can you help me to not starve for a month?”
m.a.w.f.: “Sorry, all our budget went to that white cancer-ridden brat in SF, who will croak in a few months anyway, to turn him into batman. Much more important than you, brownskin!”
