I have done a very embarrassing and really disgusting thing. My girlfriend and I were taking a shower together and we were engaging in oral sex. While she was blowing me I thought that I was going to ejaculate and I accidentally urinated in her mouth. I really did not mean to do that. I am not a fan of strange fetish things like that, but I was really embarrassed by it. I have never had something like that happen to me or from me. I can sure understand your feelings of embarrassment. If she laughed it off, she has let you know she is not angry. However, it would not hurt to somehow bring it up, let her know it was unintentional, so she won’t wonder if you want that to be a regular thing. Let her know that she is very special to you, and more so that she hasn’t made an issue of it. She will feel closer to you than ever if you handle the subject openly.
