I just spent two hours trying to uninstall Wondershare MobileGo software to transfer texts from my cell phone to computer,it did not work! Is there an easier safer way of doing this transfer?

Yes I did , but it did not have specific TEXTS transfer..so SMS transfer was done and it took EVERYTHING!
Plus after that download I tried to run it and it never showed how to view texts?
It however asked payment for getting that transfer?
I disagreed also when they requested updates to my computer etc?
All I wanted was transfer of my texts to my computer..not all the updates, or subscriptions nor the payment options..as it was advertised as free?

You can email the texts to yourself.

That sounds like a great idea, but in my circumstance I do not have email on my cell phone.
how does one email a text from a cell phone anyways?

Finally obtained this link from a friend.
Had to open a gmail acct and sync phone and computer first.
Still doing the above process.
