Why don't creepy dudes know they're creepy?
Like, the creepy dude at a bar that keeps hitting on you no matter how loud and clear and unambiguously you say “NO!!!”
What are they thinking do you suppose?

1) they don’t think they are creepy.
2) they think they are god’s gift to women and that any woman would be thrilled to have the dude as a boyfriend even for one night.
3) drunkenness likely plays a role here.
They cant see their creepy expressions or eyes on chests. Or that its a compliment to go on and on. Mental.
That is mainly what is creepy about them, that they don’t know. The one’s who know aren’t bothering anybody so, we just don’t see them.
They’re hitting on grandmas now?
To be fair, I’ve observed that “creepiness” is often a measure of how good looking the guy is that is saying/doing the thing. One of my best buddies is a good looking guy and women love the stuff he says/does. If he was less attractive, they’d be pepper spraying him.
Of course in the case where the guy is clearly being told “no,” he needs to get the message and walk away.
Because they think that ”...when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ’em by the pussy. You can do anything”.
Or as Nixon might have said: when the president does it that means it is not creepy.
Everybody is crazy in one way or another, to one extreme or another. This is one of those things.
@Caravan Yes, some men hit on everyone. I obviously am married and middle aged, chubby, and happens alot. The hwy dept guys at the gas station were the most recent. I say thanks, smile and keep walking lol

@gorillapaws I’ve heard that from other men, that women will put up with stuff from a physically attractive guy that they won’t put up with from a less attractive guy.
I wonder to what extent they don’t pick up on social cues.
A HUGE extent in my experience @Cupcake. I mean, you can tell him ”NO GO AWAY LEAVE ME ALONE!!” and they’ll just chuckle at how cute you are and say, “Oh, stop playing hard to get! You want me and you know it!” It just gets dangerous from there.
Yeah. Somethin’ like that.
In a bar?
Because they’re drunk. And they’re thinking that your potential horniness will overlook their overt creepiness.
Because their parents never taught them how to approach others and introduce themselves properly.
Because in their experience, bars are better than grocery stores for picking up the kind of women who might be interested in them.
Because they’re broken, desperate, and have nothing to lose.
Fortunately most guys are not creepers even when they’re drunk.
Overconfidence. It applies to creepy dudettes, too.
Or underconfidence. Insecurity. Small-dick-syndrome.
Do you find creepy dudetts threatening @kritiper? Or just annoying? Are you afraid of them? Or do you just laugh?
Annoying. They’re the ones who find you attractive but you wouldn’t give them a second glance. And you wonder why the pretty ones you like aren’t attracted to you…
