Can an old quail eat a strawberry?

Asked by pxrcelqiin (11points) May 31st, 2022

He’s never eaten one before, and he won’t eat or drink anything. Should I cut the strawberry for him?

Yes, they can. There are various articles on the very subject of quail eating strawberries, which you can easily find with a web search for “can quail eat strawberries?”

Best wishes for your quail!

This curious question sounds like a message in secret code: e.g., “Will the old general travel tonight?” Assuming it’s real, though, is there a backstory to go with it?

Try some nice ripe watermelon, too.
