How do I make a photo album in Facebook?

Facebook is constantly changing stuff. Now I can’t figure out how to make a photo album.

1. Open web browser.
2. Navigate to Zuckface, and log in.
3. Click on your user name at the top of the left column.
4. Click on the fourth text header, which I see as Photos.
5. Under Photos, click on Albums.
6. Click on Create Album.
7. Fill out the form, etc.
