Is anyone else ready for November 4th to finally get here?

I don’t know about anyone else, but I’ll be happy when the election and campaign stuff is over.

I’m ready for it. Every four years I hate the news.

I am, but only if it kick starts a little hope and at least a sense we can fix our current crisis.

I can’t handle the doom & gloom anymore.

I am. I’m fascinated by this whole campaign and I’m really interested to see the turn-out.

I just can’t wait for Obama to kick some old balls and win this election….

I’m so ready for it. I am so ready for my guy to win.

I’m seriously concerned, because no matter who wins the election, it is my very real belief that that person will die in office, and his VP will become president.

McCain will die of health-related issues, OR Obama will be assassinated.

Because this is a prediction, I am documenting such (in this one instance) with a visible-for-everyone time/date stamp.

I can wait, but only because I have yet to mail in my ballot.

The day after my birthday? Sure! A hangover and lots of gifts. Can’t wait.

Hell. Yes. Those of you following my life know it’s been a rough couple of weeks, politically speaking, in my house. Now that the arguing/convincing is done, I’d like to vote and be done with it!

@JackAdams: Why do you think Obama will be assassinated? That failed at the DNC…

JackAdams's avatar

No scientific explanation. Just call it a premonition, or perhaps a “gut feeling.”

These are very deeply troubling times, and normally, I am an optimist, but that’s changing…

girlofscience's avatar

lol. I know what a premonition is… Why the dictionary link?!

JackAdams's avatar

Some folks do NOT know what it means, and it is the only way for me to highlight that word, the way I wanted, to call attention to it.

For some of us, English is a second language.

girlofscience's avatar

You are always very heavy on the bolding and the linking.

JackAdams's avatar

Well, you won’t have to put up with it after 10–31-08.

augustlan's avatar

@Jack: I was curious as to your “stop date”...any particular reason for that specific deadline?

augustlan's avatar

@Jack: You booger! PM me with the reason for that particular date, if you like…

Good GOD yessss!

not if the tea party wins. I would look forward to a democrat victory and an end to the campaign

I’m so sick of being lied to by empty suits. Every last one of them needs to go and we need more 3rd party folks in the mix. That is how I will vote.
