What is that litte whistle that Willie Wonka blew when he and the children were in the room with the chocolate river?

It’s an Oompa Loompa whistle. It’s the only way you can get their attention.

Which Willy Wonka? The 1970’s GOOD one?

Regardless, I believe it was a special Oompa Loompa whistle; Similar to a dog whistle.

I know that he uses a piccilo to open doors, which is really badass
