Stress, allergies, sinus pressure, common cold, flu or any combination of a million other possibilities.

other things to watch for are high blood pressure, and high or low blood sugar.

Well, if you are hearing noises in your ears as well, it could be a spider living in your ear. ;)

Eambos was right – it could really be from any number of things. Anything from lack of sleep to a tumor. If they keep happening, go back to the doctor’s and give them any symptoms you can think of. If you don’t normally get headaches, something is causing them.

Try drinking water, too. Being dehydrated can also cause headaches.

One other possibility is that you could be subject to migraines, which start at an average age of 22–23. Any headache lasting that long or recurring that frequently is something you should ask your doctor about.

Feel better.

It’s probably a stress, tension headache, try a warm bath and a massage. You’ll be fine. I would make an appointment with your doctor just to be sure but I would not worry about it.
Cheers-I hope you feel better soon.

Could also be a latent sinus infection; even if your nasal passage is “clear,” you could still have an infection lingering in your sinus cavities.

Back to the MD asap!

Add anemia to the suggestions above.
