Is salvia legal?

I’ve heard it was, hard to believe though. Any insight on this?

Most salvias (or sages) are safe, aromatic, have a pretty flower, can be used medicinally, and are delicious w. turkey, lamb, pork, etc. Salvia divinorum, which I had never heard of until this question, is the psychotropic one.

Common sage

Here in Texas you can find it in most headshops. I’ve seen salvia divinorum plants for sale at garden centers as well. You can also get it fairly cheaply on ebay. Honestly salvia isn’t a big deal unless you’re immature about it. It produces a mind-opening experience :-)

The feds have recently gotten hip to salvia and are fast-tracking moves to make it illegal

yes unfortunately salvia will soon be illegal. it is already illegal in some states. I would try it now while its still legal if your into that sort of thing. it can be found online on various sites such as www.alienthings.com or www.iamshaman.com i would go to alien things though much cheaper and more reliable site. It is a very very mind altering experience and should not be taken lightly. enjoy.

hey guys, check out this site I just found about Salvia: www.salviasociety.org  I heard about it on Fox News last night. The guy who owns it was talking how he’s trying to stop legislation in different states from banning the herb.  I hope he succeeds, meanwhile they just banned it in my State (Minnesota)
