It sounds good in theory but I think it’s best if a guy initiates. Every time it has happened to me it’s awkward. If there’s subtle hints which cause me to move ahead I find that’s better.

As long as I feel attracted to the girl asking me out, or kissing me….I would feel great about it. However, if I am not attracted to her, it would create an incredibly awkward moment.

but over all, yeah the girl making the first move is awesome, makes me feel more relaxed about everything.
