If at all possible, go out and buy two bottles of gatorade NOW. Also eat something.

Food, more water, orange juice and some sort of caffeinated beverage if you can afford it. Don’t stress out too much or you will make it more obvious.
Hope things go ok. If in doubt…fake illness.

(Waits patiently for @sarcasm ‘s comment).

Lowering your body temperature will help immensely. Drink a cold, caffeine loaded drink and keep yourself hydrated. If you can handle food, do so.

Bread and coffee.
Or anything to, you know, soak up the alcohol.

Lots of carbs, you’ll have a low a bit later in the day, but they will stop the initial nausiating feeelings… feel better soon… we’ve all been there at some point in our lives, you’ll survive!

Try having somthing like a brown bread cheese sandwich and a bannana this will now give you a boost of energy and it will last for the rest of the afternoon (slow release of energy)

You have to metabolize the alcohol. Everything else is just to keep you preoccupied until you do. There is no speeding it up.

(With respect to the question having been asked 7 hours ago…)

Get a girlfriend and stay with her for more than a year. It doesn’t matter how drunk you are, it will not last as long as it should.

Given the circumstances, I would say you did the right thing lol

Haleth's avatar

@pdworkin is right! Most people metabolize about one drink an hour. The other stuff will still help, like caffeine will make you more alert and carbs will give you energy, but you will still be drunk.

I thought it would be cruel to send it back for editing, given the asker’s inebriation. :P

Speed take away from the alcohol. Score some adderall or adipex.

QUICK! stop drinking

Personal responsibility?

Consequences?

What are those?

proXXi's avatar

There’s a diffefence beween one’s personal responsibility and the state stepping in to releive one of the effects of not accepting said responsibility.

Only time can sober an intoxicated person. It’s a myth that drinking coffee, becoming physically active, or taking “sobering up” pills can help. The best advice is not to become intoxicated in the first place.
