Unfortunately yes, but not as much as milk does. If you’re not too terribly lactose intolerant, you might be fine with it – I was okay with it long after I couldn’t drink milk anymore (but alas, no longer…)

Yes, as ricotta is a cheese and cheese is made of milk it will naturally contain lactose.
