Spoiler Alert: In “The Messenger” (2009), the Ben Foster character tells the Woody Harrelson character about a time when he went to the top of a building and stood at the edge looking down. He didn’t jump. Why? While he was trying to decide, he saw the sun come up on the horizon. Sometimes even the simplest thing can make us realize why life is worthwhile.

The little moments in life is what makes it worth living, like the moments you ace a very important exam, or the moment where you get your dream job, or a happy moment you spend with family or friends… all these small happy moments make life and all its toughness worth living :)

The love I share with my husband brings me meaning – my children and best friends give me meaning and inspiration – the connectedness of the world and nature give me meaning through wonder
