You might like Freeway. It is a great movie with Reese Witherspoon, Kiefer Sutherland and Brittany Murphy made in 1996.

If you like Fight Club and Reservoir Dogs you’d probably like Amorres Perros and maybe Babel and Secuestro Express.

Watch the movie Layer Cake with Daniel Craig before he became Bond. It’s not very well-known, but it’s absolutely brilliant.

I also have to second Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels.

Based on your taste, I PROMISE you will love “Hard Eight,” by the director who did “Boogie Nights,” another great movie.

Just to keep going on the sci fi/fantasy bit,
Battlestar Galactica, the new series
The Prisoner, the old series
Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension
Free Enterprise (if you’re a Star Trek geek like me)

sigh. I am geek. Hear me roar.

I’m with @filmfann plus anything Tarantino, and anything with Ed Norton in it. Literally, all his movies are great.

Naked_Homer's avatar

Oh, if were doing TV series, Arrested Development. Clever writing with out the laugh track. Best show ever to be canceled prematurely by fox.
