What is the best time to buy a snowblower?

I need a snowblower, but I don’t want to spend a lot of money.

Probably when the snow is already melting. Then the shops will be trying to liquidate (no pun intended) their left over stock of snow blowers until the next snow season.

My husband bought the last one at Sears yesterday; they were out of them at Home Depot. If you need one for this year, I wouldn’t wait for a bargain.

There are any number of used snowblower lawnmower yard sales throughout the year where you can pick up good used equipment.

Sorry to give a sarcastic answer, but the best time to buy a snowblower is equivelant to the correct time to buy a boat. it all depends on where you live and how much extra money you have to spend.

I disagree, @Lightlyseared. You should get one right before you need one.
