When the moon is in the seventh house and Jupiter aligns with Mars. And when Mercury is in retrograde. And when your psychic tells you not to.

There is no such thing as “major traffic” in St. Louis Mo.

At least not in my 30 years experience.

4–6pm rush hour can get a little jammed at 270 & 44 interchange, 270 & 70 interchange, and 64/40 crossing Poplar Street Bridge into Illinois. But it’s nothing compared to big city “major traffic”.

I assume during the basic rush hour times…..if you wiki ‘rush hour’ it has the important information for each state.

270 is a nightmare between about 7:30 and 9 in the morning. 44 isn’t as hairy, but it’s still not very nice. The evening rush is about 5 to 7, depending on how many accidents there are.
