Are there ticklish spies?

I imagine that there are things that could be done if you were a really really good or really really promising spy.

Hypnosis might work.
Bo-tox certainly, if your ticklishness it confined to certain areas.
Aversion therapy, so that it finally just did nothing but tick you off when someone tried.

If there is need, I’m sure that Q Branch can fill it admirably.
