Any one know why it’s happening? or if i really am infected?

This is very likely a trojan. Get yourself a good, free anti-virus and an anti-malware/spyware program.

yea i think thats what its called well i read some of the pop up and i read trojan thing but do you know any free antivirus?

If you’re on a Windows PC, you can download Microsoft Security Essentials. It’s not number 1, but I like its combination of ease and function. It doesn’t tend to bog down my computer. You may also need to download Malwarebytes. (I always remove malwarebytes after I use it, because it does slow my computer down.) When I need to use it again, I just download it again. If it’s a tricky trojan, you may need to run these programs in Safe Mode to get rid of it. Good luck!

@ganti_x89 Please note: The “security tool” program is the actual malware. How ironic. Don’t click any of the boxes it opens.

The free Avast Antivirus software would be great for your situation. It performs a boot-level virus scan after installing and restarting your computer, so malware does not have a chance to run during the scan.

You probably already clicked the link and downloaded the menace. You may need to get a pro to clean out your puter.

Try booting in safe mode. Restart your computer (you may pull the plug if it isn’t working for you), tap F8 until a menu pops up, select Safe Mode, and try installing Avast from there.
