What are the best sites to get web apps?

I am looking for some cool new web apps but I have seen all of the ones on the apple web site.

Follow webware.com, readwriteweb, Techcrunch, whatever, they have a lot of webapps. One interesting one is eyeos.org, which delivers a “web operating system” – including a lot of other webapps.

Also, you can access the top rated apps on Launchrz by tapping on the magnifying glass icon and selecting by popularity or by rating.
