What should I title a story about cotton?

Asked by walawalabingbang (38points) December 16th, 2010

Im writing a story about cotton for social studies. I’m giving the cotton ball human characteristics as I explain his transformation from inside of the plant to a sweatshirt. What should I name it?

Gin and Wear It

Before I was a hank of thread, I was a ball of fluff.
They put me through a cotton gin, to pull out all the guff.
They yanked me and they spun me, and stuck me on a spindle,
And now a machine is weaving me with shuttle quick and nimble.
I’ve literally been through the mill, talk about noisy, jeez!
And all for what? I ask you. I part of a bloody sleeve!
I guess that I should not compain, I could be over there.
And wound up on the inside of some moron’s underwear!
