What's the name of this app (or website?)?

Asked by MyNewtBoobs (19059points) January 14th, 2011

I remember reading about an app (or maybe a website??) where, when you call a company and are put on hold, you just enter your phone number and then when they finally pick up, it’ll call you and then you don’t have to waste time on hold. But I can’t remember what it’s called!

You might be thinking of “Dial Zero”, an Android and iOS app.

@J0E No… I mean, it looks cool, but the problem is that I’m on hold, not the automated system.

Thanks, I actually had it in the twitter archive on my site and remembered tweeting it a couple days ago in what we call the daily #techtorching. I have all kinds of goodies in there so if you’re ever searching for something recent that you saw on a tech site, it’s a good place to look. If you’re interested send me a message and I’ll send ya a link.
