Do you mean Pandæmonium?
Pandæmonium, from the Greek pan – “all” + Late Latin dæmonium (“‘evil spirit, demon’”) from the Greek (daimonion) “lesser divine power,” from (daimon) “lesser god”
pandemonium (uncountable)
1. Chaos; tumultuous or lawless violence.
2. An outburst; loud, riotous uproar, especially of a crowd.
Pantelonium then, is when your pantaloons get out of hand and everything goes crazy.
May also refer to when Pantalone puts all of the used cars on sale.

It’s the element from which pants are made.
Not to be a dick or anything but, you could have just looked it up on dictionary.com or googled it
