What is the smallest, yet brightest, consumer flashlight out there?

I am looking for a fairly small hand held flashlight that has awesome brightness. LED is a +, but not required. Thanks in advance!

surefire has an led that rocks too. It is tiny and has 85 lumens and is 75 to 80 bucks. Streamlight has great lights and they are rechargeable.
