How do you act after a "first date"?

We continued to have a great time together ^^

Great first dates lead to great things. I felt euphoric afterwards. Like being on cloud 9 whatever that means.

It really depends on the date. I have dated at two periods of my life – once at the usual age – the second after my divorce. When a first date is great – you can get that tingly excited feeling just as much as the first time round. It makes you feel like a kid again.

When it’s bad – well, tolerable – the second time round’s experience kicks in; I’ve given a second and even third chance to people I’ve met who I haven’t clicked tih the first date – and glad I did.

On the other hand – I’ve had amazing first dates which then fizzled out quite quickly subsequently.

Ooh how I miss that feeling. I feel really excited and the natural high goes on and on. Hope it happens for me soon.
