Did the Federal wind and solar tax credit expire?

I know they were slated to expire this year, but I can’t seem to find any recent news about it.

Federal they have until the end of 2008 to renew them.

Yeah, I’m pretty sure they haven’t expired yet but will very soon. Ohio just passed a new energy bill and I think they address this issue but i haven’t read it yet.
