Should Millicent Few go to Federal prison?

Millicent Few is one of the people at the top of the cheating scandal in Atlanta public schools. School officials, teachers and the likes of Ms. Few actually changed grades of test scores in order to make student achievement appear better than what it was. She also destroyed documents that would aid in the pursuit of the investigation.
They presumably did this for a “few” reasons, but one reason was to make sure that the APS system got plenty of Federal money.
This would constitute a federal crime.
Do you think Ms Few will do some time in the Federal prison system?
(As for me, I bet not)

Probably not, but she deserves to spend time in a federal prison. A crime is a crime. If she does go to prison, it will probably be the same one that Martha Stewart went to, Alderson Prison for Women in my home state. It is more like a dormatory on a few acres with no fences.

It sure would set a precedent wouldn’t it. So I think yes. She screwed over those students bad and is one or two ticks below child molestation in my book.

She should do time. I’m sure their are many others involved though.

She should do time if she is guilty, yes.

Whether she should or not she quite probably will…unless (hee hee) she cooperates and gets a 5k1.1 and a rule 35. In which case she might get probation. Should she do it early enough and well enough (implicate and testify against enough people) she could be indicted only for a misdemeanor. Like that Federal Judge down in Atlanta not long ago. :) Ain’t law and justice wonderful?
