Where can I watch live NFL games online?

Asked by jonsblond (43669points) August 3rd, 2011

The season is almost here and I don’t have cable. I do get local channels on the television, but that doesn’t help me for MNF on ESPN. (My Broncos are playing in Denver against Oakland. I can’t miss it!)

I would prefer a free site, if there are any, but I am also willing to pay for this service.

Can you help a football fan, please?

Sorry @jonsblond as this guy says it ain’t happening. Not the NFL, no way live and no way free, sorry. At least not legally and scam free.

You can watch MNF coverage live on ESPN in some parts of the country dependent on your internet provider I believe. NBC has something similar for their Sunday night games that’s actually better than the television coverage. They give you multiple cameras you get to choose from at any time, it’s pretty impressive.

You can see if you’re able to get the ESPN coverage at ESPN3 I believe.

And the Sunday Night Football stuff is at – Sunday Night Football

As for the rest, sometimes the other networks will show something online, but I haven’t seen it consistently yet.

Depending on how much you’re willing to spend for football, DirecTV offers different ways to access their broadcasts and has started including their Sunday Ticket package with their larger subscriptions. It includes all the games and they have ways to access them online or mobile options. More info at NFL Sunday Ticket and the mobile stuff at NFL Sunday Ticket To-Go

There’s always the closest sports bar as well. Or hotel, airports, restaurants, pretty much anywhere shows the Monday Night games if you can get out and about.

Good luck.

I used to watch on atdhe.net. There’s a live sports section. But I have a feeling we won’t have any black-out games in San Diego this season so I probably won’t need it.

It got me through a few games though!

I’ve watched lots of games online during the season. It takes some searching and some downloading, but it can be done.

I found a site that is a European site and its P2P. The quality is crappy, but if you have no other options it will do. PM me if you want details.
