I want heads to roll over this. What more do we need before Americans take to the street in p.e.a.c.e.f.u.l. p.r.o.t.e.s.t.? I have a feeling it won’t be long now.

“This past January in Los Angeles, 37,000 homeowners facing foreclosure showed up to an event to beg their bank for lower payments on their mortgage. Some people even slept on the sidewalk to get in line.”

One city 37,000 people?

”...now that banks want to evict people, they’re discovering that often the legal documents behind the mortgages simply aren’t there. Caught in a jam of their own making, some companies appear to be resorting to forgery and phony paperwork to throw people, down on their luck, out of their homes. ”

So the banks want the families to have their paperwork in order, but the banks can’t find their own paperwork, and so they resort to forgery. The documents magically appear out of nowhere.

They made the mistake of attempting to evict a forgery expert from her home, and she’s uncovered a startling truth detailing millions of families falsely evicted by banks resorting to forged documents. They hire $10 employees to sign fake named bank vice presidents. Dozens of different signatures for the same person who never was a banking official in the first place.

“Szymoniak told Pelley, “When I looked at the assignment of my mortgage, and this is the assignment: it looked that even the date they put in, which was 10/17/08, was several months after they sued me for foreclosure. So, what they were saying to the court was, ‘We sued her in July of 2008 and we acquired this mortgage in October of 2008.’ It made absolutely no sense.”

“I often, because of my training, look for patterns. And then I began to find the strange signatures,” she explained.”

“One of the strangest signatures belonged to the bank vice president who had signed Szymoniak’s newly discovered mortgage documents. The name is Linda Green. But, on thousands of other mortgages, the style of Green’s signature changed a lot.”

“And, even more remarkable, Szymoniak found Green was vice president of 20 banks – all at the same time. ”
__________

We went searching for “the” Linda Green and found her in rural Georgia. She told us she has never been a bank vice president.”
__________

The real Linda Green didn’t want to be interviewed. But she said that some of the bank vice presidents at Docx were high school kids. Their signatures were entered into evidence in untold thousands of foreclosure suits that sent families packing.
__________

ARE THESE THE SAME BANKERS THAT GAVE THEMSELVES BONUSES AFTER WE BAILED THEM OUT?!?!?!
__________

How do we set this straight? How do we make this right? How do we fix this idiocracy?

Prison and asset forfeiture sound good to me. We should see what could be done about returning homes to those who want them back (with fair mortgages attached this time), though homes that have been resold would present a bit of a problem. There are a lot of things that I would like to see happen, but I imagine not all of them are strictly legal.

I do not doubt this article is telling the truth. Why? If you look at how these home owners even qualified for a home in the beginning, it appears that it’s a “double forgery” on the part of the banks and financial institutions. Forgery at the beginning and forgery at the end.

Could they really expect anything different? Bad credit and credit cards will ruin America. I have said this for years. A boat with a hole in it, will surely sink.

I do hope the FHA is looking into this with a criminal investigation. Good question!!!

2nd Answer. While we are at it, lets not overlook new car sales.

Could the same implication apply to forgery on new car loan applications?

Does this also need investigating?

Our counry is in a mess and it’s about greed.
