Help with Direct Mailing Services?

I’m having a show/event at my place of work where an artist will be there for a meet and greet. I was given around 4K postcards to send out to our client base, however postage is very costly and I’ve recently been told about “Direct Mailing Services”. When I’ve looked up different services such as CactusMail, I keep seeing that they print the cards for me and then send them out. Is there any such service where I can send them my printed material and then they can just send that out? I’m in a bit of a time crunch so the faster the better! :D

USPS offers a Every Door Direct Mail service but that deals with geographical areas and not off a company mailing list. You supply your own material of what you want sent out and drop it off to the post office and they address it and mail them out.

Call Cactus mail and talk to a representative, while most DMS services prefer to do the printing for you to generate extra revenue, most will also mail out your prepared material as well.

The only thing you have to be aware of are the USPS addressing standards and requirements for bulk mailings.

We mail about 2 million pieces of mail a month and we generate most of it in house.
