Does anyone use compression arm sleeves?

Asked by rooeytoo (26981points) April 23rd, 2013

The weather here is so unpredictable. The sleeves seem as if they would be a good option to a long sleeved compression shirt which gets very warm if the sun comes out. Does anyone use them and do you like them? Do you think they would be good to use with a short sleeved compression shirt for warmth?

No I haven’t used them and it is not really warm here yet.

But I think if I went back to saerious weight training I would try compression sleeves.
Your reasoning about warmth and such makes sense though I donmt know why you are wearing compression clothing to begin with.

I didn’t think anyone was ever going to answer this!!! I wear a compression short sleeve because it keeps me warm and I like the feeling in general. I wear compression tights in cold weather. Seems to keep muscles warm and I have less fatigue or soreness after a long run when I wear them. Since I already have a short sleeve shirt, I don’t feel like spending the exorbitant amount of money for a long sleeve so I thought maybe just the sleeves would be a good compromise !
