Asked by tomathon (768points) June 27th, 2013

I would like to purchase this knife link from anywhere in the U.S. I was only able to find it overseas. Anyone know where I can buy it in the U.S?

I had this issue with more than a few items. I call the main company directly and ask them to locate it for me locally or at least anywhere online (domestically). Let them do the searching for you.

btw, you know that is a $42,000 knife, not $42? Some overseas sites put . instead of comma. I was misled like that before.

It is hassle but that was to be my last resort.

Yes, I’m aware of the price. It was originally displayed in german/eur price, I switched it to english/us. Plus, anything with diamonds in it wouldn’t cost $42.

If you don’t want to call them, try their online contact. I switched it to english. link

Ah, did some research. You’re having a hard time finding it because it was released sometime in 2009 and it’s a limited edition. It most likely sold out, so you will definitely have to contact the company directly.

Damn, my wife will not be pleased.

Thanks.

Their Annual Knives page has the current designs with jewels. And the manufacturer does ship to the USA – although I don’t see the fancy products on their online web page. I guess they figure that if you can afford such an item, you can go to them to get it.

This fellow offers comparable knives made in USA. Models costing $500 to $3,000 are available through Amazon.com or you can get options by buying directly from the artist’s website.
