Are there any legitimate work at home jobs out there and can you give me a name of the company?

Yes, there are ways to work at home, but they are usually independent contractor deals. You are your own boss, and you are responsible for drumming up your own work. If you write, be a freelance writer. If you’re a great photographer, there are way to make that work.

There are some – not many, but some – legit businesses that use telecommuters. Those are usually region-specific, because they want you to come in for company meetings and training seminars. In my area, one can be a call center agent for the Home Shopping Network, if they have the right kind of home office.

Okay thank you looks like I’ll be in a homeless shelter. I can’t make the monthly payments for massage therapy school, so I’m doomed, looked into modeling, but there’s no money to get professional photos done.

Tried it, I’m doomed, I have no experience and I am suicidal because of it. Can’t join the army because I’m not violent, wish there was something that could give me experience, and help me to pay for certificates.. I’m on serious antidepressants and battling binge eating disorder. Sometimes I think I should just fake a disability, it’s so bad.

You should seriously look into some counseling. The doom and gloom is feeling pretty intense.

I’m in therapy right now , and I told her I’m cursed. My mom has the most basic insurance after being hospitalized 4 tim,es for going off her meds, and scaring the heck out of me, and is at least $50,000 in bankruptcy debt, and cannot help me. We live with my grandmother who is stressed to the max, and who has a crazy son who I hate, my father’s a cross dresser and is always saying he’s going to quit his job, I have no one to count on, no one to help me, and no where to go. Again, I wish there was something I could join in New England and such that could give me some experience and possibly help me get some money for massage therapy and certifications. Plus, stupid binge eating disorder and history of overweight people in my family, with obese parents, and no license and I’m a peak of sunshine( sarcasm).

Doing job from is a good idea but i don’t think so you’ll learn something new & interesting from home.

In the meantime find a volunteer job and do that. Employers don’t like to hire people who aren’t already employed. But a volunteer job is still a job and it will get you out of the house so you aren’t thinking only about your problems. It will also give you experience which you haven’t had before.

Try it and keep a good attitude while you are doing it (show up on time, work hard, be nice to people, etc). I have received quite a few excellent job offers doing exactly that.

I have done this and I can’t get over to any volunteer places. I can’t afford a car and have a permit. I seriously wish I was dead, because I have suicidal thoughts everyday, and would at this point take being in the hospital, but my mom went that route for her mental issues, and she ended up being bankrupt. My dad’s company completely cut her off of insurance without warning. Were so poor, that we don’t even qualify for welfare. I have no family to count on and at this point I would take anorexia over BED , so at least I would feel like I had control over overeating. I wish I was dead, antidepressants aren’t helping( I literally have been begging for medicine since I was a kid and to see a therapist but all they want is$, they would rather see me dead or see my mom dead than to help us out. I literally had to say I was suicidal to get to see a therapist and to get medication, because we can’t afford it.

I live with my grandmother and pretty much I have no hope and she has none because her life has sucked in ways, and so has my mom’s in ways you can’t imagine.

I have thought of modeling, but no one will go with me to see the agent, and I’m terrified I’m going to get raped if I go on my own, and that would send me over the edge, there’s no way I’m having a kid and getting fat and staying that way, being poor, and hating my existence even more. I’ve been molested, and bullied and never again, that’s why I’m big on women’s riughts and not on religion.
