Is stuffed fish a good idea for a Christmas dinner?

Why would that be silly, silly? lol
That actually sounds really good. We’re mixing it up a little bit this year as well. We’re having prime rib rather than ham.

Here’s the conventional and classic method. And here’s a more sophisticated and exotic but deilcious looking version.

Or
Herbs and potatoes
Or
Shellfish
Or
You can stuff it with whatever you damn well please. Recipes be damned! lol

Use the potatoes as good neighbors on the plate, not as stuffing.

The shellfish stuffing recipe is so labor-intensive that simply reading it makes me need to lie down and doze for a while.

Screw it, why go to so much work? Stuff the fish with some sweet crab and call it good.
