Why would she be or not be an ”epic fail”?

I get a 403 Forbidden when I check that site.

Because she is trying to look sexy with this selfie nonsense, all the while she is clearly morbidly obese, has a massive soft drink cup and bottle on the table, and a messy room.
But the biggest crime is clearly the colour of the wall. It is GREEN!

Blocked when going to it directly. I don’t think I have any third part firewalls blocking it. @Symbeline can’t see it either.

She is just a morbidly obese woman perhaps dressed inappropriately.

No, it’s not an “epic fail” at all, it’s just sad that she developed that way, but especially sad that she’s being judged a “failure” because she doesn’t live up to someone else’s standards of how people should look and dress – and whether they should even appear in public if they fail to meet the judges’ standards of attractiveness.
