Freestanding propane stove won't stay lit?

We have a Lopi Northfield freestanding propane stove in a rental we own. When I turn on the wall thermostat, the pilot light comes on, the flame fires up a few seconds later, then the flames go out and there is a clicking sound which I think is the pilot light trying to restart. What can I do to keep the flame on? There is nothing in the troubleshooting section of the manual that deals with this particular problem, the dealer is very slow to return my call, the manufacturer has no service phone number and our renter is ready to move in! HELP!

Oh man! I get it. I have called Lopi with wod burning stove questions and they referred me to the dealer.

I am shooting from the hip here but this might help. I assume this is the first time the stove has been run this season. There is a safety switch that cuts off the gas flow if the flue is blocked. Look in the manual (a 60 page download) to find the location of the safety damper. It must be set properly for your altitude. Also check your flue for squirrel and bird nests.

Also the feed line must have the right pressure. That, too, is in the manual.
