What are the qualities required for being an artist?
Do you think for being an artist you should be extra sensitive than others or it is their natural tendency?

Practice, that is all it takes. Perhaps being observant may give you a natural talent for it but we all have the capacity to be artists.
To “be” an artist: desire and intent.
To be a good artist: talent and practice.
I’d say that some of my favorite art could hardly be called sensitive.
All art should solicit a reaction.
I believe the best art (trigger warning) triggers an unexpected reaction.
I would say creativity is a must.
