I usually drink 1% cow milk. I like goat milk, but no one else in the house does. As far as non-dairy milk, I think coconut is a good substitute for cooking, while almond milk has the best flavor for me. Rice milk is also good, especially when it’s chocolate flavored.

I love regular whole cow’s milk, but it is way too fattening, so I almost never drink it. At home, we buy skim milk for coffee and cereal, but I actually prefer Almond milk, but no one else here will drink it, so I only buy it occasionally. I tend to like most of the nut milks. I really liked oat milk, but it’s very specific tasting, like the taste of oatmeal, so it would be kind of odd to drink it straight, but it was great on all the cereals I tried it with. Rice milk is very good too, very fresh tasting, but it’s got a much thinner texture than any of the others. Some people might be put off by that, but I thought it was great. I also like coconut milk, it has a nice smooth texture and a very clean taste, it doesn’t taste like coconut meat at all.

I guess I pretty much like most types of milk, although I have yet to sample goat’s milk, although I do like goat cheese on occasion, but it is an acquired taste and can be a bit sour and strong tasting.

%1 Cow’s, preferably chocolate. All other verities are disgusting, I tolerated 2% in high school when staying the night at my best friend’s because that’s what they drank but barely.
I also like plain or chocolate Almond milk.
