Is it possible to attach a picture to a retweet?

I don’t want to reply to the tweet. I want to retweet it and add a picture as my comment. Is this possible? And if so, how do I do it?

Copy all content, post a new tweet with paste, and add a pic? if that OK?

That wouldn’t be retweeting, though, would it? I’m looking for a way to add a picture when using the retweet function. But it might not be possible.
