Did Mexico have it’s equivalent of Billy the Kid or Ned Kelly?

There was Heraclio Bernal and Chucho el Roto .
Chucho el Roto led a group of pistoleros but not sure if they can be compared to BTK.

I think Pancho and Lefty (written by Townes Van Zandt) was based on a “true” or at least campfire-story true oral story about a Mexican and a gringo who worked both sides of the border.

Ned Kelly was Australian. No comparison.

@Sneki95 Pancho Villa was a Mexican Revolutionary. When my grandfather was a boy, he often saw Pancho Villa in Chihuahua.
