Is there any way to transfer something from VHS to DVD? Some place to take it?

Yes! There are tons of places, especially in LA, that can transfer VHS to DVD. Alternatively, you need a computer/laptop with RCA or s-video *in* so you can record onto the computer, then write a DVD.

You have to buy special hardware for your computer to transfer VHS to DVD. Most of the hardware also includes a program that helpes you do the transfer.

I bought a device called "Dazzle" for the computer and you can make your own DVDs with menus and scene selection and everything. Cost about 60-80 bucks.
