What is CEREBELLAR TONSILS are NOT LOW-LYING and what causes it?

I was diagnosed with this.

You should ask the person who made the diagnosis.

It means you have a malformation but not a bad one yet. Look up Chiari Malformation

Cerebellar tonsils are a structure in your brain. ‘Not low lying’ means they are where they are supposed to be. ie normal.
